This Position

We're seeking a seasoned Merchant Experience Manager to join our team, driving exceptional support for our commercial partners. Key responsibilities include database management, process optimization, stakeholder insights, and timely issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage partners' queries, administrative support requests, and operational coordination to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a robust partner communication channel, leveraging multiple platforms to convey critical information about daily operations and sales.
  • Standardize and streamline the merchant/partner onboarding process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Identify and address process risks, optimize resource allocation, and enhance workflow efficiency to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bug-related issues and develop targeted solutions.
  • Oversee payment reconciliations, promotion management, and partner payments to ensure timely commission disbursements.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful customer experience management in Telecom, Finance, and/or Retail environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office, CRMs, SQL, Google Suite, and other relevant technologies.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
