Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing company that helps small and medium businesses streamline their finances using cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert bookkeeping services for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support.
- Suggest process improvements using automation and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in bookkeeping, preferably with QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience supporting North American clients in a BPO setting.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with a willingness to learn about AI and automation.
