Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to deploy and maintain client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

This role involves deploying and maintaining trial and production sites, customizing meeting sites per client requirements, updating meeting information, logos, banners, and uploading downloadable files.

Maintaining internal system parameters and updating dynamic forms is also an essential part of this job. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for addressing support cases via phone or online tools, providing product usage and sales information, analyzing and routing support cases appropriately, conducting client training, and performing environmental health checks.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
