Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled civil engineer with experience in residential site development and public works projects to join our technical team. As a site development specialist, you will be responsible for executing technical design tasks using Autodesk Civil 3D, providing backend support for residential development projects, uploading and managing CAD files, and revising drawings based on feedback.

About the Role

  • Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D for grading, alignments, pipe networks, and other design-related tasks.
  • Support project managers and engineers in the delivery of residential development projects.
  • Manage and organize project documents and CAD files.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of work.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Civil engineering background with a focus on residential site development or public works projects.
  • Familiarity with residential grading, utilities, lot layouts, and BMPs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow CAD standards.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
