Job DescriptionWe are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Contact Center Professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective communication.
Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless interactions, fostering strong relationships with clients and promoting a positive image of our company.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve client complaints in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Upsell/cross-sell products or services to clients when opportunities arise
As a Contact Center Professional, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as you progress in your career.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You should also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity prevail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
