About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with the team to resolve problems, handle inquiries, and escalations. You will also support process improvement, controller-ship policies, and procedures. Your expertise will be used to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the JP Retail AP POR process
  • Analyzing data provided by different tools and reporting results
  • Responding to invoice PQV payment-related inquiries from JP Retail vendors
  • Performing other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications
  • Proficient Japanese speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Good communication skills - written & verbal
