Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to support the management and submission of all Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.

This role is responsible for tracking documents, ensuring version control, and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Tracking and managing all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. E nsuring proper formatting, version control, and on-time submission of all documentation.
  3. Coordinating internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents.
  4. Maintaining updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records.
  5. Archiving and organizing documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  6. Supporting audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation.
  7. Monitoring submission schedules and following up with teams to meet deadlines.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts.
  • Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
