Overview

MCI is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead B2B content strategy, drive thought leadership, and support demand generation. This is a remote work-at-home role with MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop content calendars targeting B2B buyers.
  • Lead creation of whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
  • Collaborate on ABM and nurturing content with Sales.
  • Track performance across the buyer journey.
  • Manage writers and designers to deliver quality assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • 3 years of content marketing experience, including leadership.
  • Experience producing thought leadership and sales content.
  • SEO and keyword strategy expertise.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills.
  • Experience managing content teams.
Additional requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
