Job Description:

As a F&B Service Expert, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and unique experience.

Responsibilities include setting tables and event materials, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, cleaning work areas and supplies, and following all company and safety policies and procedures.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support team members to reach common goals.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in a wide range of event functions, able to take initiative, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Set up tables and event materials
  • Communicate with the kitchen team
  • Interact and serve guests
  • Clean work areas and supplies
  • Follow company and safety policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • No supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
