Verify and validate system transactions and operations, including point-of-sale (POS) activities, discounts, staff meals, settlements, lost postings, and pricing;5.

Monitor the cost of sales across all food and beverage outlets to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints;6. Continuously assess the weaknesses in the implemented food and beverage control measures and provide recommendations for enhancements;7. Prepare daily reports on food and beverage performance;8.

Submit monthly food and beverage reports for management review.9. Conduct unannounced spot checks at all food and beverage outlets.10. Participate in inventory assessments at the restaurants.11.

Ensure that no materials are issued from the store without proper requisition or approval from the respective department head.12. Collaborate with restaurant management and finance to resolve issues related to food and beverage operations.13. Assess incoming orders to ensure compliance with specifications.14.

Oversee the returns process to ensure proper handling.15. Conduct regular audits of the material warehouse to ensure that items are undamaged and organized throughout the storage areas.16. Promptly inform management of any issues identified during cycle counts.17.

Ensure that all documents and materials received in the stores or delivered directly to operations meet satisfactory quality standards.
