Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Bidirectional Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and encourage referrals.
  • New Business Pursuit: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence and networking.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted strategies that enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Business Administration or Marketing degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the software industry, preferably in F&B.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
