
Administrative Finance Specialist

This role is a hands-on finance and administration position designed for an accounting professional who can manage bookkeeping and financial operations. This includes managing accounts payable, receivable, and payroll, as well as ensuring accurate financial data is captured and reported to support business decision-making.
- Reconciling books and financial transactions on a regular basis.
- Maintaining and updating supplier invoices to ensure they match statements and are correct in Xero.
- Performing account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and rectify errors.
- Following up with suppliers for outstanding accounts and making timely payments.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- E nsuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing streamlined procedures.
- Supporting other administrative functions.
- Managing the company's invoicing process
- Collections and accounts receivable as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
- Accounting qualifications (Diploma or higher) preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in bookkeeping.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
