Role Overview

The Assistant Principal for Operations and Compliance plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of schoolwide processes.

Responsibilities
  • Leads the implementation and enhancement of core processes, including launching and executing the school year.
  • Provides regular process status updates to the principal.
  • Assists in providing instructional leadership, including preparation for department meetings.
  • Supports curriculum planning, review, and implementation.
  • Collaborates with instructional coaches and department heads to ensure quality instruction.
  • Helps coordinate professional development initiatives and follow-ups.
Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Mastery in Educational Administration or higher.
  • At least 10 years of successful teaching experience.
  • At least 5 years in school leadership.
  • Proficiency in launching, executing, and refining schoolwide core processes.
  • Able to adapt processes and strategies to evolving school needs and priorities.

This individual will be responsible for managing and improving school processes to enhance student outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective processes to support school operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve instructional leadership.
  • Provide guidance on curriculum planning, review, and implementation.
  • Support the development of professional learning opportunities for teachers.
