Role Overview:

This role is responsible for processing employee benefits, compensation, and remittance of monthly contributions to various government agencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing schedules for annual income tax and ensuring proper documentation of records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process employee's benefits (retirement, separation, leave conversion, maternity, sickness, etc.), compensation of junior officers and staff, and remittance of monthly contributions of both employer and employees to Philippine Health Insurance Corp (Philhealth), Social Security System (SSS) and National Home Development Mutual Fund (NHDMF);
  • Prepares schedule of car plan for submission to Data Warehouse Division and schedules for annual income tax of all employees and their individual BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld);
  • Ensures proper documentation of records, and reports based on the time prescribed by law or government agencies (such as BIR, SSS, PHIC, NHDMF) and to facilitate tracing such files in the future.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related course
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the accounting field
  • Patient and hardworking
