Visual Design Leader

This role is for a skilled designer who can oversee the visual expression of our brand across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for ensuring consistency and creativity in our design execution, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining our brand guidelines for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Creating visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translating campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative that adheres to design best practices.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of professional design experience within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work, including examples from B2B SaaS environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and skills in graphic design, layout design, asset design, events, and web.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere and After Effects.
  • Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
