We are currently seeking a highly skilled Game Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences.

  • An expert in free-to-play (F2P) market trends, with a deep understanding of casual games and level design principles.
  • A gamer passionate about video games, eager to join a game development team and contribute to the creation of innovative and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitch ideas and concepts to engage users in existing projects.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create new content across multiple projects.
  • Tune levels based on analytics.
  • Work closely with a team of level designers.
  • Design obstacles and game features with the design team.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role on casual, puzzle, or F2P games.
  • Experience in Unity 3D is essential.
  • Developed skills in creating games for various platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
  • Extensive knowledge of F2P/casual level design principles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of SCRUM or Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working on casual FTP games.
  • Knowledge and experience using A/B testing and level tuning.
