Executive Assistant for Content Creator

An Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the daily activities of the content creator. This position ensures that the content creator can focus on producing high-quality content and execute successful events/program for brand partners while the assistant will be managing all administrative tasks such as; coordinating schedules, handling communications both clients and customer, and assisting with content production to ensure smooth operations. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a deep understanding of the content creation industry.

1. Administrative Support:

· Manage the content creator's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

· Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the content creator.

· Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

2. Content Coordination:

· Assist in planning and organizing content shoots, including location scouting, prop management, and coordinating with other team members.

· Maintain an organized content calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and content is published on schedule.

· Help with the preparation and setup for video and photo shoots, including lighting, sound, and camera equipment.

3. Social Media and Community Management:

· Monitor and manage social media accounts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.

· Track social media analytics and provide reports on performance and engagement.

· Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to grow the content creator's online presence.

4. Content Creation Support:

· Conduct research on industry trends, topics, and competitors to provide insights for content ideas.

· Assist in the creation of content, such as writing scripts, editing videos, and creating graphics.

· Help with photo and video editing using software like Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant tools.

5. Brand and Partnership Coordination:

· Communicate with brands and partners regarding collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships.

· Assist in negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with brands and other stakeholders.

· Ensure all deliverables for brand partnerships are met and coordinate any required reporting.

6. Event Coordination:

· Plan and coordinate events, such as meet-and-greets, workshops, and appearances.

· Manage event logistics, including invitations, RSVPs, and on-site coordination.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication skills both written or verbal

· Previous experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within the content creation or media industry is a plus

· Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.

· Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
