Job Title: Captioning Content Specialist

 

We're seeking a creative Caption Lead to spearhead our high-volume captioning team. This role plays a critical part in shaping the voice of our brand across multiple models and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft Captions that Drive Engagement

Craft persuasive and engaging captions for a range of content, ensuring each one reflects the unique voice and brand of the assigned model.

2. Develop Model Voice Profiles

Partner with content leads and creators to build tone guides for each model and train team members on adapting to specific voices and maintaining consistency.

3. Optimize Captioning Systems & Workflows

Build and refine SOPs for caption creation, review, and scheduling, collaborating with QA to ensure all captions meet quality and brand standards.

4. Content Calendar & Coordination

Align with schedulers to ensure timely delivery of captions and anticipate high-traffic content periods (e.g., weekends, holidays) to prepare ahead.

5. Stay Trend-Savvy & Performance-Driven

Track trends in pop culture, slang, and content language, keeping captions fresh, timely, and platform-relevant.

The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience in social media or creator-based platforms, strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and experience adapting tone across multiple personas or brands.

Responsibilities include crafting compelling captions, developing model voice profiles, optimizing captioning systems, coordinating content calendars, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
