About the Role

Are you a seasoned systems engineer with experience in Azure, ProSeries or mission-critical applications, and automation? We are seeking a technically hands-on, security-minded, and process-oriented systems administrator to join our team.


Key Responsibilities
  • System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, validate alerts, and engage appropriate IT staff to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
  • Routine Maintenance: Conduct health checks beyond automated monitoring, manage server/storage/database backups, and ensure offsite storage and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of activities and generate performance metrics for management and customers as requested.
  • Incident & Change Management: Follow procedures for event/incident/change management, with escalation when needed, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • 24/7 Flexibility: Be available to manage responsibilities around the clock to ensure seamless support.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 5-7 years of experience in system administration and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Azure infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, business-critical software support, PowerShell scripting, Infrastructure-as-Code tools, cloud monitoring and alerting tools, and networking concepts.
