Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment preferred.
  • Work-from-home experience essential.
  • Strong command of the English language necessary.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM expected.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems needed.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up techniques.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills desired.
