Global Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee accurate, timely multi-country payroll processes by ensuring compliance with global payroll/tax laws and updating processes as rules change.
Align payroll with People/Finance departments and coordinate life events and timelines effectively.
Lead and develop the payroll team by implementing secure, compliant systems and fostering collaboration among team members.
Resolve payroll inquiries quickly while enforcing controls to reduce risk and fraud.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports for leaders, partner with auditors and vendors to maintain compliance standards.
At least seven (7) years of experience in payroll management is required.
A minimum of one (1) year of experience leading payroll staff or a related field is necessary.
Experience in Ceridian Dayforce and global payroll management is essential.
A strong knowledge of international payroll laws and compliance is crucial.
The ability to adapt to payroll systems/technologies and implement efficient solutions is vital.
The preparation and analysis of reports, maintenance of compliance documentation, and ability to communicate effectively are also key qualifications.
