
Sales Advisor – Cybersecurity

Technical Sales Advisors play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success by providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
This is a key position that requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of success in customer and partner engagements.
A successful candidate will have knowledge of areas such as MDR, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOAR solutions, network and endpoint security, and Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and network security (L2–L7).
They will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate security challenges and maximize the value of our full product portfolio with an emphasis on MDR, XDR, Firewall, incident response preparedness, and proactive risk reduction.
Key responsibilities include leading the technical sales cycle from opportunity qualification through to technical closure, acting as the primary technical point of contact and requiring strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
