Job Title

A Clinical Trials Coordinator role is available to support the success of our clinical studies.

  • This position will involve recruiting and screening volunteers for trials at a remote, night shift location.
Your Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Screening potential volunteers via telephone using prepared questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation.
  2. Scheduling consent/screening appointments for volunteers who pass the preliminary phone recruiting interview.
  3. Contacting previous volunteers and successfully recruiting them for studies using our company database.
  4. Ensuring all calls are answered promptly and with the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
  5. Conducting demographic and medical history phone interviews with volunteers using prepared questionnaires.
  6. Accurately recording and reviewing demographic information and medical history for all volunteers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  7. Scheduling volunteers for further screening and/or consent appointments if they meet the criteria.
  8. Performing administrative duties, such as copying, filing, and completing spreadsheets, to support the recruitment process.
About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in any Life Science or Healthcare-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, etc.).
  • Contact center experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job.
