Job Opportunity:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Clarify customer needs, determine the cause of issues, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Write excellent help documentation for internal use and customer access.
  • Escalate technical issues to the support team.
  • Work on specialized projects and become a power user of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve complex customer issues with minimal information.
  • Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Primary language: English. Additional languages an asset.
  • At least one year of experience in live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and ability to adapt to a growing team.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
  • Two or more years of experience in a customer support role.
