Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team.

  • This is a remote position with the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.


Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in customer support, and have experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, and social media management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support and manage client communications
  • Handle calls and email inquiries
  • Administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, Work order processing, notices, compliances, lease renewals, document preparation, email management
  • Marketing and Social Media Management
  • Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in doing the day-to-day tasks
  • Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
  • Complies with VirtuallyinCredible's set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks.
  • Effectively represents VirtuallyinCredible's core values to anyone within or outside of the company.
  • Provide data and information to the leadership team as required.


Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willing to undergo background checking
  • Good American accent
  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work on the graveyard shift
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc
