Job Title: Digital Operations Coordinator

This role is ideal for a highly organized and self-motivated individual with experience in e-commerce tools, email marketing workflows, and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Inventory Management: Manage product inventory using CommentSold (experience with Shopify or similar platforms a plus)
  • Pull and organize inventory from external sources and ensure listings are up to date and accurately maintained
  • Execute email campaigns using pre-written scripts (targeting abandoned cart users, repurchasers, etc.)
  • Manage customer credits, discounts, and promotional codes
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, banners, and email visuals using Canva
  • Align all visuals with brand identity and campaign themes
Social Media & Marketplace Management:
  • Post short-form videos and product promotions across TikTok, Facebook, and eBay
Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the founder as needed
  • Support with logistics, scheduling, and backend tasks to streamline operations

Requirements: Skilled in Canva, experienced with e-commerce tools, familiar with email marketing workflows, highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote role.
