Operations Supervisor for Content Creators

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team. This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem. They will be responsible for coordinating and communicating weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.

They will also oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments. Additionally, they will act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.

They will track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary. They will maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.

Collaboration with leadership is essential to resolve productivity bottlenecks and foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.

Maintenance of key operational metrics and delivery of regular reports to management will also be a critical component of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
