Product Strategist

You play a vital role in product development, from inception to delivery. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product aligns with company goals and objectives while fostering innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closely collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to synchronize product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and proactively update them on progress.
  • Develop product specifications and user stories in conjunction with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize items based on changing requirements.
  • Emphasize agile principles and methodologies to continually improve the product delivery process.
  • Mentor other product owners and team members to enhance their product management skills.

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, adaptable, and flexible in responding to challenges and changes. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills, be willing to go the extra mile to achieve desired outcomes, and be committed to continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong project management skills, proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development, and a solid understanding of software engineering principles and processes.
