We are seeking a seasoned Cost Estimator to perform meticulous takeoffs, oversee RFPs, and compile accurate estimates. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough takeoffs based on received drawings.
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses.
  • Compile comprehensive estimates for each project with accuracy.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
