The Compliance Analyst will have a solid understanding of our company's operations and the competitive environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
- Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure we stay up-to-date.
- Collaborate with various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.
- Communicate regularly with other sites and monitor performance.
- University Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
