About the Role

The Sr. Manager – Controllership oversees end-to-end financial management, encompassing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial statements and timely compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead FP&A activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.
  • Manage month-end close processes for timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare, review, and present management reports highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop process improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Foster a high-performance remote finance team culture.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
