Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and administering sales compensation programs that drive business growth and reward excellence in our high-performing sales teams.

You will operate at the intersection of data, process, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely and transparent commission payments, analyzing sales compensation and commission programs for alignment with business strategy, compliance, and motivational effectiveness, and serving as the operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, incentive plan administration, and/or sales/revenue operations in a SaaS/tech environment, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, and strong analytical, data modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales compensation and commissions processing with a strong understanding of sales compensation best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, with the ability to rapidly learn new systems and tools (Salesforce, Looker, CPQ)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex compensation concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Natural curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment
