We are seeking a highly skilled Store Launch Specialist to join our team at STARBREAKER CORP. As a Store Launch Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless opening of new stores in the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams, including Business Development, Engineering, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain Management, to ensure that new stores are launched on time and flawlessly. You will also be responsible for coordinating store openings, including sourcing and onboarding necessary manpower, managing logistics, and ensuring operational aspects are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Opening Coordination:
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and secure suitable locations for new stores.
  • Work closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure the timely construction, delivery, and installation of kiosks and carts.
  • Coordinate with HR to source and onboard necessary manpower, including baristas and support staff.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to ensure that all operational aspects are in place, including staff training and store readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
