A forward-thinking Data Analyst is sought to drive business growth and decision-making. This full-time, fully remote opportunity involves shaping strategy, optimizing performance, and making a meaningful impact.

This role is about anticipating what's next, not just reporting on what's happened. You will help shape the future of how we collect, manage, and leverage data, ensuring every insight has a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to deliver and maintain key business reports.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support Founders with financial budgeting and forecasting models.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments (bonus if you've worked in e-commerce).
  • Critical and strategic thinking skills, able to cut through complexity and communicate solutions clearly.
  • High proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Skilled in data cleansing, integrating multiple datasets, and building reliable, structured data systems.
  • Commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Process-driven, with a knack for clear documentation and training to support scalable workflows.
