Job Description

The Data Operations Specialist role is a pivotal position within our organization, serving as a bridge between data management and operational excellence. In this capacity, the Data Operations Specialist will provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

This role requires excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and other data management tools is a plus.
