Core Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
About the Role

This is a remote-based position with occasional team sprints in various locations worldwide.

  • Experience improving internal processes and delivering projects on time.
