Remote Linux Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Remote System Administrator to join our IT department.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and monitor Linux systems and services.
- Triage and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Investigate alerts and coordinate responses, documenting and communicating effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- 1 year of production Linux system administration experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work various shift schedules.
- Proficient in Bash scripting and understanding of GoLang and Perl.
- Familiarity with user management, configuration, and package management best practices.
- Experience managing Proxmox or a similar Linux KVM hypervisor.
- Knowledge and experience with Apache, Nginx, Haproxy, MySQL, Redis, Memcache, ScyllaDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Proxmox, Bash, Perl, Go, PHP, Ceph, CFEngine, Git, Docker, Juniper.
