Remote Administrative Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Paperwork Preparation: Organize and prepare documents for clients and internal use, ensuring timeliness and attention to detail.
  • Scheduling Consultations: Arrange meetings and appointments with clients via phone, email, or online platforms, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and send weekly reports to clients and stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • File Management: Maintain and update virtual files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
  • Task Management: Build and prioritize ongoing task lists to ensure efficient use of time, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.

Technical Requirements:

  • Computer Processor: Intel Core i3 (6th–12th gen) / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent.
  • Internet Connectivity: 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
  • Operating System: Windows or Mac.
