Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Associate to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in accounting, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service in the tax domain.

  • Provide superior client service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients throughout the tax resolution process.
  • Represent clients in sales and income tax audits; demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of sales and use tax regulations.
  • Review and analyze clients' financial documents and wage/income statements.
  • Identify optimal tax resolution strategies and communicate recommendations to clients.
  • Negotiate with the IRS and/or State agencies to resolve tax issues.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 2-3 years of tax experience. They must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work full-time exclusively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file both personal and business tax returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients through clear, professional communication.
  • Monitor and follow up on Talent Acquisition KPIs (if applicable).
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and assist in various HR procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
  • 2-3 years of tax experience (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must know VLOOKUP, SLOOKUP, and handle large datasets efficiently.
  • Demonstrated interest in taxation and commitment to punctuality.
  • Ability to work full-time exclusively (no concurrent jobs).
  • Previous experience working with the US market is strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in tax debt resolution or negotiation is a plus.
