About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team at eClerx Philippines, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of campaigns and projects, and to develop your skills and expertise in CRM marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and increased performance of our CRM channels. You will work closely with our integrated marketing manager, brand specialists, and other internal teams to ensure that our campaigns are aligned with our business goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-level CRM applications, including Klaviyo, Attentive, and Dynamic Yield. You will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and increased performance of our CRM channels.
  • Providing weekly/monthly reporting, analysis, and recommendations for A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, and other strategies.
  • Overseeing day-to-day CRM campaign workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, strategy implementation, and timely deployment.
  • Project managing CRM program updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, and new initiatives.
Responsibilities

This role requires a strong understanding of CRM marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Analyze data to inform campaign decisions and optimize results.
