Financial Management Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As the financial backbone of our rapidly growing e-commerce business, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing monthly audits and reconciliations, and preparing comprehensive financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records across all accounts (AP, AR, payroll, inventory, amortizations, etc.)
  • Perform monthly audits and reconciliations to ensure clean books and identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and comprehensive financial reports for management review
  • Provide monthly financial analysis highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or growth
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of GAAP principles
  • Prior e-commerce client experience - experience working with online retail businesses is essential
  • Solid grasp of inventory accounting, amortization, and cost recognition methodologies
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data into actionable business insights
  • High attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy in all financial work
  • Independent work style - comfortable working autonomously and proactively solving problems
Work Arrangements:
  • Fully Remote
  • 12am MNL to 9am MNL time zone
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
