Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

A dynamic and creative professional is required to support the execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on planning, assisting in execution, and tracking results. The successful candidate will contribute to generating leads for our sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Campaign Planning: Support market research and competitor analysis to shape effective strategies.

2. Run Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in content creation and scheduling for social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

3. Support Paid Advertising: Assist with the setup and reporting of Google Ads campaigns.

4. Content Creation: Generate ideas, write, and edit content for campaigns, including ad copy and web content.

5. Event Marketing Support: Assist with on-site logistics and content creation for virtual and in-person events.

6. Performance Monitoring: Help track campaign metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

7. Lead Nurturing: Help set up and manage basic automated drip campaigns.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management or digital marketing.

2. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

3. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

4. Strong writing skills and an eye for design.

5. Basic ability to interpret data and assist in optimizing campaign performance.
