The Product & Brand Specialist is a dynamic and passionate individual who serves as a crucial link between our innovative products and our valued customers. This role combines deep product expertise with authentic brand advocacy, ensuring both a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and a compelling representation of our brand's values. You'll be instrumental in educating users, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, troubleshooting General technical issues, addressing customer inquiries and passionately championing our brand across various channels, including digital platforms and live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Expertise & Education:
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all assigned products, including features, functionalities, technical specifications, and common use cases.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations for diverse audiences, tailoring content to specific needs and pain points.
- Provide clear and accurate technical information and troubleshooting support for product-related questions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Contribute to the creation of user guides, FAQs, and product-focused content that simplifies complex information.
- Use All existing media and information in addressing customer concerns
- Demonstrate and convey a clear image on how the product is able to enhance the customers lifestyle in both the mobility and personal level.
- Brand Advocacy & Engagement:
- Act as a genuine and enthusiastic brand ambassador, embodying our company's values, voice, and mission in all interactions.
- Create compelling, on-brand content (e.g., social media posts, short videos, testimonials) that highlights product benefits and reinforces brand identity.
- Actively engage with our community and customers on social media platforms, forums, and at events, fostering positive relationships and building brand loyalty.
- Share personal experiences and authentic stories that resonate with our target audience and build trust.
- Represent the brand in a professional and upscale manner during events and engagements.
- Foster corporate affiliation and goodwill for the company during events and other similar gatherings.
- Customer & Market Insight:
- Gather valuable customer feedback, insights, and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for brand growth and product improvement based on direct customer interactions.
- Event & Field Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, product launches, and community gatherings as both a product expert and brand advocate.
- Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, and engage in one-on-one conversations to promote product understanding and brand affinity.
- Decision-Making Authority:
o This person should be empowered to make certain decisions on behalf of the company
o Resolving customer issues with creative solutions

Qualifications
- Experience: 3 or more years of combined experience in roles such as Product Specialist, Brand Ambassador, Technical Sales, Community Manager, or similar customer-facing positions.
- Product Acumen: Strong ability to quickly learn and articulate complex product features and benefits, ideally within the [mention specific industry/product type, e.g., SaaS, consumer electronics, FinTech] sector.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for explaining technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities, capable of captivating an audience.
- Highly charismatic, empathetic, and naturally engaging personality with a passion for connecting with people.
- Digital & Content Creation:
- ability to use/ create media for guiding customer's visualization.
- Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel for events and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
