Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a multifaceted marketing strategy to raise awareness and generate interest in the luxury wellness retreat.
  • Cultivate qualified leads from international markets using targeted online marketing campaigns.
  • BUILD a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging content and optimize Reels, stories, and posts to captivate the target audience.
  • Leverage paid campaigns to target potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Establish a structured lead qualification system and provide regular performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Proven digital marketing skills, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership of marketing foundation development.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • A creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
