Expert Customer Support Professional

Remote Technical Support Representative role involves providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues. It also entails diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and self-manage effectively.
Key responsibilities include responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email and documenting all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- High-speed internet connection
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
