We're seeking a skilled Junior Packaging Coordinator to support our design team in creating innovative product packaging solutions.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with our creative and compliance teams to develop functional, brand-aligned, and visually appealing packaging. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative Asset Development: Assist in preparing print-ready artwork, ensuring all brand guidelines and legal requirements are met.
  • Design Adaptation: Adapt existing packaging designs across formats, sizes, and product lines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in packaging design, preferably with at least 1 year in a coordinator or similar role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and retail is preferred.
