Customer Support Specialist
MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing company specializing in delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.
We're hiring Customer Support Representatives to support inbound customer service, help desk, and back-office operations for commercial clients and public sector programs.
This role involves handling inbound inquiries, assisting with product and process-related questions, and troubleshooting basic technical issues while representing recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues using first-call resolution strategies.
- Research and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries.
- Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems.
- Use internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently.
- Follow required scripts, policies, and confidentiality protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed.
- Stay current on program updates through training and team meetings.
- Meet attendance and schedule requirements.

- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
- Strong conflict resolution, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Team-oriented with a positive mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
