Workforce Planning Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning & Analytics expert to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilizing business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities.

  • Analyzing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement is key. Metrics will be used to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity.
  • Accurate prediction of work volume, handling time and staff shrinkage, and providing staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance is essential.
  • Maintaining and analyzing business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy is crucial.
  • Collaborating with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action is vital.
  • Proactively analyzing inputs and overseeing the implementation of continuously improved forecasts and plans; measuring performance, identifying opportunities, and providing recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics is fundamental.
  • Creating, maintaining, and distributing reporting and plans to guide various teams within the organization to success and add value to the broader organization is essential.
  • Researching and recommending performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes is necessary.
  • Utilizing Power BI experience and solid knowledge of workforce and business intelligence concepts and tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders is critical.
  • Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data and reporting solutions that enable the business to meet or exceed customer and organizational expectations is vital.
  • Accountable for accurate and timely execution of ad-hoc, routine, and project-oriented business metrics and reporting needs.
