Our organization is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. This role will involve providing comprehensive support to entrepreneurs, focusing on managing their time and calendar, implementing efficient inbox management systems, and coordinating email and task management.

Responsibilities of the position include:

  • Implementing and maintaining an efficient inbox management system
  • Managing and protecting the entrepreneur's time and calendar
  • Coordinating email, calendar, and task management seamlessly
  • Arranging personal and business travel
  • Conducting thorough research and creating detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis)

  • Highly motivated and driven individuals who strive for operational excellence
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • High problem-solving ability (tested in our assessment center) & High agency (learn more about our assessment process)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools and eagerness to learn new technologies like AI
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively
