E-Commerce Specialist Role Summary
As an E-commerce specialist, you will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the website and maintaining a seamless user experience. You will respond to customer inquiries and concerns, provide assistance with customer selections, and optimize product listings and content with detailed descriptions, visual assets, and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Managing website operations and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Optimizing product listings and content to improve sales and customer engagement.
  4. Building customer relationships and developing partnerships with content creators, influencers, and compatible businesses.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams on developing concepts, layouts, and promotional activities.
  6. Setting prices in accordance with industry trends and sales strategy.
  7. Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners on stock availability and delivery.
  8. Developing and maintaining initiatives for PPC advertisement campaigns & social media engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • At least 1 year experience in e-commerce, website maintenance, and related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Skills and knowledge of Shopify, Amazon & eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS Media queries.

Schedule and Location
This role requires working US work hours (20-40 hours per week) from home. The location is flexible, but you must be available to work within the specified time frame.
